At Quella Bikes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new ride. If your bike or gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Quella packaging, ensuring all components and tools are securely protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your box and drop it off at an authorized courier point or schedule a collection for larger bike frames.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned goods, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
